Petworks' humble beginnings started with the opening of the Woodlawn Veterinary Hospital in 1979, a tiny 600 square foot space in Dartmouth's Woodlawn Mall. Acquired by Drs. Steve Noonan and Diane Corlett in 1985, the practice was moved to the Atlantic Superstore location in 1987. Twenty years and three major renovations later we have now become Petworks at a brand new location at 850 Portland Street in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Our new 15,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate our clients and their best friends. Petworks is Eastern Canada's largest and best equipped veterinary hospital created to meet the changing needs of our pets and their pet parents. From our earliest beginnings to the present, our goal has remained the same - to provide Advanced Care for Best Friends.

We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet's health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practise the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education. Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing personal attention to the unique concerns of each individual pet owner.
